Challenges
The challenges in the initial phase are
the recruitment of coaches without proof of concept and the development of software that is able to create real added value for both coaches and employees.
Our Story
We have already experienced the consequences ourselves, from a workplace where mental wellbeing was not a top priority or was only served casually. The consequences are drastic. Employees repeatedly pass through critical moments in the employee life cycle. Be it a move, the loss of a loved one or starting a family. If no space is created in a working environment to talk about these topics and actively deal with the associated challenges, this quickly leads to dissatisfaction and, in the worst case, to dismissal. It is therefore time to use modern technology to create space for reflection and dealing with psychological issues in companies so that a sustainably satisfying corporate culture can be established.
